Rory
Holly's Butterfly PF "Rory" is a 1996 double registered
Paint/Pinto mare. She and I have done almost everything
together since 1998. We have shown together in dressage,
reining, english, and western pleasure in open, fun, and breed
shows in both the midwest and the westcoast. We've spent
countless hours on the trail in Wisconsin and Oregon (including
running in the serf in the Pacific ocean). We've also enjoyed
team penning (Rory likes cows). With all of these experiences
under her belt, Rory is a babysitter. She slows down for the
faint of heart, but has the athleticism and training to "step it up"
for a more experienced or bold rider.
Bars Freeze "Colby" is a 1992 registered Paint gelding. He spent the last 6 years as an english
pleasure show horse and a casual trail horse for a young girl. This girl grew out of him and
agreed to sell him to me so that other young girls could enjoy riding and working with him.
Colby is a smooth ride and he likes to canter. He also likes to watch t.v. and go out to the
movies on Friday, not Saturday nights.
Colby has his own email address... bigponycolby@gmail.com
Littleman is a 2005 registered quarter
horse. He arrived on March 18, 2007
and started his training the next day.
Littleman has been introduced into the
lesson program. The students continue
to beg to ride him. Littleman has
begun showing. He has several 3rd
place awards to his credit! Littleman
enjoys cricket and likes to listen to
ABBA when not working for Saddle
Up Horse Training.
Dinah
Dynamite Chic Olena "Dinah" born April
8th, 2006, is the youngest member of the
herd. She is double registered as a paint
and a pinto like her mama, Rory. She
started out as a pretty sassy little girl. Dinah
shows fantastic athletic promise and should
perform well in the reining arena. Dinah has
settled into the herd at Triple K well. She
has several protectors. Dinah has been
fantastic to train and has told me that the
begining riding skills are too easy. She can't
wait to get to the sliding stops!
